Does guitar hero also have drums and a microphone like rock band?
I want to get either rock band or guitar hero on xbox 360 and can’t decide. I love guitar hero but i like how you can have a singer and drummer in rock band. Someone told me that guitar hero also has these capabilities. Does anyone know if this is true? If so, were can i find drums and a microphone for guitar hero? Or is the rock band instruments compatible with guitar hero?
The latest Guitar Hero games do the full band: GH:World Tour, GH5, Metallica, Van Halen, Smash Hits and Band Hero.
The two games can use each other’s instruments for the most part, so no worries there; get either game and either set of instruments and they’ll work.
Personally, I prefer Rock Band 2 as it has the most on-disc songs that I like, and there’s a catalog of over 700 songs and albums that you can get as DLC so there really is something for everybody. GH puts out maybe 3 songs a week as DLC, Rock Band usually puts out 5-10 or more.
